New Zealand is set to introduce new changes to it's temporary work visas likely to benefit employers. The new "interim visa" is likely to be a bonus for businesses providing continuity in the work place to those migrant workers who have their applications pending with the authorities.
With the new university term about to start, Newland Chase are offering an expedited same-day service on Tier 4 Applications.
Tier 4, under the Points Based System, is the category used for foreign students who are applying to study in the UK.
It was previously announced in June 2010 that the UK Border Agency was to introduce compulsory English language testing for all non- EU migrants applying to come to the UK as a spouse or dependent partner
It was announced today that this will be implemented from the 29 November 2010. From this date all non- EU migrants coming to the UK to join their spouse or dependent partner will have to demonstrate that they have reached a certain level of English.
From today, any students applying to study a course below degree level (except foundation degrees) in the UK will have to demonstrate that they meet the required level of the English language. This is for those applying under Tier 4 (General) of the Points Based System.
