SAUDI ARABIA: Work Visit and Commercial Visit Visas Validity Changes

In the interests of improving the Saudi economy and restructuring the country”s immigration system in accordance with Vision 2030, the Saudi government has made some considerable changes to the available validity period of work visit and commercial visit visas.
The new validity periods are as follows:
Although the fees for newly restructured visas are significantly higher than the current fees, the new validity periods will help companies bring foreign nationals into Saudi Arabia for a longer period, without the need for them to leave the Kingdom to apply for new visas in the event that their assignment exceeds the previous 90-day limit.
